Release 0.9.0

This release fixes a security issue with the Caddy endpoint. If you are running git-pages v0.8.0 or v0.8.1 with Caddy and use the filesystem backend, you should upgrade to v0.9.0 as soon as possible. There were no breaking changes since v0.8.0.
