Right now, contributors to a wiki need to be pre-approved in order to add or edit pages.
I propose a new setting for Public wikis which is “open” - this would allow non-contributors to participate with their ATProto account.
When a non-contributor visits a lichen wiki with this open setting, there is a new button “Open Contribution”
Hitting that button, the user can edit the page and save it. But, it doesn’t go live right away.
The owner and admins of the wiki have a new section “submitted open contributions”. They can review these new notes and note edits and approve them and they go live for everyone.
Additionally they can “accept contribution and make submitter a new contributor”, where the submitter gets a contributor role.
