Give the test bus its own configuration

`dbus-daemon --session` reads the system's session configuration from /etc, which a CI container does not have, so the daemon exited before printing an address and every portal test failed. The test now writes a configuration of its own into a temporary directory, listens there, and leaves the daemon's stderr connected so a refusal to start explains itself.
