A scratch project for the Airglow dev loop's live runs. It is small on purpose: one module, its tests, and CI.

• src/duration.ts: formatDuration(ms, { maxUnits }) writes a duration in milliseconds as 1h 2m 3s, keeping only the first maxUnits parts when that option is set (1h 2m), and parseDuration(text) turns 1h 2m 3s back into milliseconds, throwing a RangeError for any other form.

check type-checks with tsc, and test runs vitest. CI runs the same three commands on pushes to main and loop/* (.tangled/workflows/ci.yaml).
