Maybe, making my writeups public will force me to learn it as good as I learned Kotlin and English.

Writeups! #

Yeah, I occasionally do some reverse engineering. Why not publish my writeups? Why not publish my entire RE workspace?

This includes:

  • a Nix flake so that all tools remain predictably same
  • helper scripts in scripts (mostly used for catalogue initialization)
  • some "skills" for LLMs

By "some" I actually mean only /writeup-to-exploit, which comes in handy for several things: testing how clear my writeup is, how advanced things have to be to trigger bans, and just handing things off when the bulk of the work was done in Cutter. Yeah, I believe writing exploits by yourself is monotonous and boring once you know everything you need to know.

If you want to try this minimal workspace, just clone it, run this:

python3 ./scripts/init_workspace.py <url-of-crackme>

Then open the (programmatically) generated workspace, place your binary there, and open Cutter on it. That's it!
