Ported from https://github.com/mattpocock/skills (MIT), with a `source:` line in the frontmatter pointing back at the original. wait-what is typed when a message did not land: the agent re-pitches it with the missing context, in ASD-STE100 Simplified Technical English, using the project's ubiquitous language. It is user-invoked only, since only the reader knows when they stopped following. Upstream assumes a CONTEXT.md exists; this repo has none, so the body says "if the repo has one" to keep the agent from hunting for it. An H1 is added for MD041 and the body is wrapped at 120 columns. The openai.yaml sidecar is Codex metadata and is dropped.
