Adopt attention-span output styles

Three Claude Code output styles from https://github.com/alexgreensh/attention-span: Attention-kind (ADHD-friendly, answer-first), Spartan (terse, no warmth) and Rundown (TL;DR briefings). Fetched by a chezmoi external rather than vendored. Upstream is AGPL-3.0 and this repo is MIT, so committing the files would put copyleft content under a permissive license; an external keeps them out of the tree entirely and picks up upstream edits on the same 168h refresh the zsh plugins use. Upstream's install docs say ~/.claude/output-styles, which is wrong here: env.sh sets CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR to ~/.config/claude, and that is where Claude Code looks for user-level styles. Verified by probe, not by reading the docs. private_output-styles/ carries no applied content -- README.md is ignored -- and exists only so the target directory gets the 0700 the rest of ~/.config/claude uses instead of the 0755 an external's implicit mkdir leaves. The upstream /style command is not adopted: it hardcodes ~/.claude paths, and /config already picks a style per project.
