The gate admits it and still refuses sha256:adc276... , the e1926f3 image that failed the July experiment. This is the first artifact whose backfill progress series survives a restart. The previous one carried the July mislabel: a chart legended "durably committed" reading a process-local counter that resets to zero. Build host destroyed and the Hetzner project re-verified empty.
