Un-reserve the `...@...` namespace.

This reverts the breaking change (only) introduced in commit e4e3a438255a62bf85f1c8c370e5b63ffa65536b. The impact of this change has not been sufficiently well-considered and there are multiple projects in the wild that this will impact.
