RecordEntry/LayeredEntry/LinkedEntry/Block/BuiltTree replace positional tuples; Partition now pairs each kept entry with its right gap, making the n+1 gap invariant structural and removing the zip and unreachable panic from build_at_layer. Verified behavior-preserving against independently computed node and tree CIDs; 220 tests pass.
