Looking to operate an instance that does not do this by default, but will probably create a different profile record.
Happy to do a PR for either of these
- simple boolean in TOML config
- set initial profile record in TOML config (could be combined with ^). this requires validation of collection + record shape, but most profile lexicons share the same core base.
