The trackpad bug was reported on Firefox. The flow now fills chat by writing records straight to the harness account's PDS rather than logging in through OAuth, whose certificate pinning is a Chromium-only flag, so it runs in both browsers. A firefox project runs just this flow, and install-browser fetches Firefox as well. With the wheel fix disabled, both projects fail the same way: 40 half-pixel steps toward the latest message move the list 0px of the expected 20px. With the fix both pass.
