Fix the whisper release builds CI still failed on
Pipeline 832 still failed on whisper in four places: - darwin-amd64 (osxcross) and windows-amd64: the CPU check used __builtin_cpu_supports, which needs compiler-rt's CPU model that osxcross doesn't ship (undefined ___cpu_model at link), and GCC 10, the Windows cross compiler, can't test f16c with it at all. It now reads CPUID itself, including the XCR0 test the builtin made for whether the OS saves AVX registers. - linux-amd64 static-test: -static-libstdc++ only applies when the g++ driver links. cgo links test binaries with gcc, which left whisper's libstdc++ references unresolved, so the static dependency now names the library explicitly. - ios: the "committed" emscripten build was gitignored, so the iOS runner rebuilt it anyway and failed at the checksum, since macOS's sha256sum reads no check list from stdin. The cached target is gone: `make app` builds the WASM captioner with emsdk again, and the checksum compares digests directly.
