videos: the operator's update can set a record's livestream connections. A video inherits the views of the livestream records it is connected to; a record whose connections were lost, or one pointed at a re-finalized VOD covering other records than the first finalize did, had no way to get them back. PUT /videos takes livestreams (at:// URIs), which replace the record's connections
