The main sidebar hardcoded isActive on the Home item, so it always looked selected. Compute active state with useMatchRoute for every nav item in both the main sidebar and the dashboard sidebar: Home matches exactly (the root route is an ancestor of every page), and the rest match their sub-routes. Adds an e2e spec covering the active item on home, videos, settings (including a sub-route), and stream pages.
