An overlay only needs to exist where an OBS browser source can reach it, and that is the Expo app frontend that stream.place serves; there is no path from an overlay to the Vite frontend. Removes the js/web route, its registry and widgets, its reload hook, the /overlay/ chrome opt-out, its e2e tests and the generated route entries. /api/version stays: the app's reload hook polls it, and the docs, the js/e2e-web flows and the Maestro flow are unchanged.
