web: a direct load of a streamer's page no longer bounces to the front page. The shell held a blank frame until the node had answered for the caller and the session and branding had settled, and applied those gates on every render: when the answer went stale after the app had painted (a session handed over by the network's app after boot, a sign-in, the re-fetch a token refresh triggers) it rendered the blank frame again, which unmounted the navigator. React Navigation clears a navigator's state on unmount, so on remount it started at its default route, the front page, and the URL was quietly rewritten to /. Reproduced by flipping the access-status gate on a mounted stream page (URL replaced with /, landing tabs shown), gone with the change. The gates now hold only the first frame; once the app has painted it stays painted, and only the access wall replaces a running app
