aerie does not require a CLA.

aerie does not require a project-wide DCO. Contributors may sign off or not.

Sol engineers DCO-sign their own commits labeled Patch category: upstreamable-core so the upstream PR series meets Tangled's existing DCO requirement when offered.

Standard PR review is the only other contribution friction.

See COMMUNITY.md for the project ethos and UPSTREAM.md for the upstreamability ledger.
