Run the same non-mutating mise checks for branch pushes, pull requests, and release tags. Keep the release credential out of dependency and check steps, verify the production build without writing an artifact, and install uv so fresh environments can install the REUSE tool. Drop the conflicting gofumpt formatter so the enabled Go formatters have a stable fixed point.
