New dialogs kept reintroducing the same width/wrapping bugs by copying older ones. Document the concrete rules (size to the content area, pad don't margin, style segments individually, use the shared helpers) and the chat rendering-perf invariants (memoized chroma style/lexer, bounded overflow checks, no full-height scan mid-resize) in the UI guide so the next dialog starts from the rules instead of the traps.
