microcosm Phase 4: following-feed via PDS fan-out
- Add slingshot.listRecords (PDS-routed via MiniDoc; Slingshot doesn't proxy it) - Add feed.ts buildFollowingFeed: list follows -> fan-out per-author recent posts -> merge by createdAt -> hydrate top slice. Independent of the AppView. - Verified end-to-end (real merged timeline). Slow N+1 fan-out; not yet wired to the home screen pending caching/parallelism work.
