The Tap instance behind appmosphe.re: it subscribes to the relay, tracks every repo that has at least one ing.dasl.masl record (TAP_SIGNAL_COLLECTION), verifies and backfills them, and streams only that collection to the site over the /channel websocket.

Internal: http://appmosphere-tap:2480 on the supramundane network.
Public: https://tap.appmosphe.re (basic auth admin / TAP_ADMIN_PASSWORD).
State: SQLite + cursor in ${SM_DATA_ROOT}/appmosphere-tap, backed up with the rest.
Secrets: .env here (not committed, not synced by sm) holds TAP_ADMIN_PASSWORD; the site's .env carries the same value.

Deploy with sm deploy from this directory (or npm run deploy:tap from the project root).
