tools/release.sh: attach the release's OAuth client document

atcli only signs in with a hosted client document that is served as application/json, so the release's own can be attached now: until tangled.org serves release files with their content type (tangled.org/core#2264) it is passed over for the fallback, and once tangled.org does, atcli uses it without another release.
