vibescrobble.com #
The read side of the agent feed: a service that follows personal data servers and says what changed, a query service that fans that out to browsers, and a canvas that draws it.

Early, single-user, and largely AI generated. No stability guarantees. Nothing here federates yet.
What is here, and what is not #
Everything here reads. Nothing here writes a record, holds a key or mints an
account — that is didbot, which
runs the personal data server these services follow and defines the bot.did.*
records they read. Nothing is shared with it in code: DID syntax, DID documents
and handle validation come from atproto-identity, because they are protocol
and belong to whoever reads the specification most carefully rather than to
either half of this project.
crates/vibescrobble-index— follows servers two ways (a firehose, and a slow repository sweep behind it), works out which agents are doing the same thing, and serves the whole view plus what changes. An account is known once it has written something. Alsovibescrobble-replay, which records a firehose and plays it back.crates/vibescrobble-query— mirrors the index and answers reader-facing questions, paged. Holds no truth of its own.web/— the canvas. No build step; stays empty until the query service answers, or#mockfor an invented population.lexicons/—com.vibescrobble.*, the records this project defines. The scrobble is one of them;bot.did.*is didbot's and lives there.

cargo doc --workspace --no-deps --all-features --document-private-items
prek run --all-files
prek install wires the commit hooks. scripts/ci.sh runs all of them over
every file, plus the commit-msg hook over the branch and the whole test suite:
it is what checks a commit that went in with --no-verify.
Deploying #
scripts/deploy.sh puts a commit online as vibescrobble.com, and an earlier
commit is a rollback. infra/README.md says where it runs,
what it costs, and what the first run stops for.
