feat(site): give the link preview a fixed title and tagline

Shares now read "dev.permadeath.com" over a fixed line instead of the handle over that day's numbers. og:title and a new twitter:title are dev.permadeath.com; the meta, og and new twitter descriptions are "development activity by @permadeath.com - github / tangled / agents".
