docs(plan): record the branch calls' repo DID and the lexicons that lag core
The repos epic gets the fix and where the knot's shape was read from; the lexicons epic gets the reason a test pinned to jacquard-api's copy of a knot procedure proves nothing about the knot. Change-Id: I547f287eef77187c690bc9593ed5f9585003a54d
