Editor: seed initial prose on new doc; delete-document button in tree gutter main
- createDocument now emits an inline prose child under the new body block in the same submit batch, so a freshly-minted doc opens with a cursor target instead of an empty container. Both body and initial prose are minted under the doc's own record (no extra PDS records for the empty paragraph). Return value gains firstProseId for callers that want to park focus. - TreeGutter rows gain a "×" delete button alongside "+", with a window.confirm prompt and a tree-delete CSS class mirroring the existing tree-add hover-reveal pattern (danger accent on hover). parentBlockId is threaded through TreeRow recursion so each row can call deleteChild against its actual container — projectId at the top, the parent doc at nested depths.
