doc(README.md): Title projects as prose, not as their identifier
The previous commit titled every project after its repo name, so a README opened with oxidized-systemd. That was my reading of the suggestion, and it was the wrong one: the example given was Tangled CLI, which is prose. A heading is read, not typed. Headings are prose now and the repo name stays the identifier, both derived from the same string so they cannot disagree: # Oxidized Systemd oxidized-systemd # Tangled CLI tangled-cli # Fe-C fe-c Capitalisation follows the thing named rather than a blanket rule: LLVM, GCC, PCRE2, NixOS, PipeWire, WASM keep their own spelling, pkg-config keeps its hyphen and its lowercase, and h26xtoav1 is left alone because it is not words. gen-standalone.nu enforces the heading, verified by breaking one and watching it be repaired. The root README takes its labels from the headings, so all fifty match and all 128 links resolve. Signed-off-by: Niclas Overby <niclas@overby.me>
