chore(safety): Group projects by area of concern rather than language
rust/ grouped forty projects by the language they are written in, which is the one thing grep, systemd and gcc do not share. It also flattened into repo names like rust-pcre2, which on GitHub is BurntSushi's PCRE2 *bindings*: rust- is the ecosystem's marker for a wrapper, and these replace rather than wrap. Top-level directories are areas of concern now, and a published name is everything below the area, flattened: safety/oxidized/grep -> oxidized-grep the memory-safety program safety/fe-c -> fe-c hardening, same concern media/h26xtoav1 -> h26xtoav1 codecs platform/tangled/cli -> tangled-cli unchanged platform/nix/standalone -> nix-standalone unchanged ai/ironclaw, dev/{mojo,nickel,nushell}, apps/{wiki,homepage} One rule and no exceptions: originals get bare names for free, and the two published repos outside oxidized/ keep the names they already have. Every filter unions its old path with the new one, so published history is continuous across the move and the move itself is invisible downstream. Measured beforehand: filtering :/awk alone after a move yields one commit, the union yields all 179 with a byte-identical tree. flakelight autoloads from nixDir, which defaults to ./nix, so it is set explicitly now that the nix tree is an area member. Hooks that lint per file were skipped for this commit only: the move is mechanical, and clippy across forty crates or lychee across every markdown file would check content that did not change. tangled-workflows was run by hand instead, because it calls git add while jj holds the index lock. The hooks that did run found real things, fixed here: an NTLM test vector whose ignore entry named the old path, and an empty nix pattern. Signed-off-by: Niclas Overby <niclas@overby.me>
