refactor: share one checker payload builder and drop dead code (#2992)
* refactor: share one checker payload builder and drop dead code Cron, the public API and the dashboard each built the Go checker payload themselves and had drifted: the dashboard's first check ignored a monitor's "don't follow redirects" setting. All three now use buildCheckerPayload in @openstatus/utils. Also removes ~80 unused files (stale mock data and data-table forks in dashboard/status-page/web), collapses the status-page router's per-job-type Tinybird fan-out and slug-or-domain lookup into helpers, and dedupes the tinybird router's monitor ownership check. The web app renders the Tailwind breakpoint indicator in development like the other apps. * fix: keep checker payload edge cases from the old per-caller builders ICMP and gRPC checks no longer fail on a stale or malformed assertions string they ignore, and the v1 run/trigger routes answer an unsupported job type with a 400 again instead of a 500. * test(server): assert the checker payload rejection is a 400 BAD_REQUEST
