* cli: improve monitoring * fix(api): address review on CLI usage headers - Honour DO_NOT_TRACK / OPENSTATUS_NO_TELEMETRY: drop the command and invocation headers, and document them in the README. - Don't tag the openstatus.dev speed checker request when targeting a self-hosted API. - Prepend the CLI User-Agent instead of replacing connect-go's. - Move the version to internal/version so every request carries it, including ones made outside a command action. - Replace the mutex-guarded globals with an atomic command pointer and drop the unused UserAgent().
