Use Bun and add OAuth login #39

Switches the CLI development workflow and Tangled CI to Bun, adds AT Protocol OAuth as the default login flow, and keeps app-password login available as a fallback.

Validation:

  • bun run lint
  • bun run typecheck
  • bun run test
  • bun run build
