The live-menu test counted a firing menu's abstain candidate, whose phi has no target features at all, as reading nought. Every target column then looked varied on every firing menu, and target_gunnery reported 267 live menus with 267 immovable - a tautology rather than a measurement. Counted over carriers only, that corpus now says it cannot ask the question. The ablation arithmetic is untouched and still reproduces every recorded value.
