fix(battle-armor)!: a swarm cannot join a volley, and no longer does
WeaponAttackAction.toHit refuses a gun after a swarm and a swarm after a gun, so `Small Laser+Swarm Mek` was an order the server would have thrown out. The bridge now sends MegaMek's own antiMek flag per weapon and the volley model and the firing ladder both drop them; 336 such candidates a match became none.
