shell commands: captures are one file beside the database, so output is written once and forks hard-link it; the file and its directories are fsynced before an outcome is recorded (no recorded outcome outlives its bytes), a fork's new name is fsynced before its row commits, and boot clamps a crashed capture to its whole-UTF-8 prefix
