A native Wayland client for Zig 0.16

Three modules with no libwayland: `scanner` turns protocol XML into Zig bindings using zxml, `protocol` does the wire format and object bookkeeping with no I/O, and `client` speaks it over a Unix socket with SCM_RIGHTS. The protocol XML is fetched by the Zig build system from the wayland and wayland-protocols release tarballs.
