Move to zig-http 0.3.0 and zig-mime 0.4.1
zig-http now sends a query's escapes as written, so a + in a filter reaches Paperless as %2B rather than as a space, and lets a caller choose the body's writer once the status is known. Every response therefore streams: a 2xx body to the caller's writer, anything else to last_error, with nothing gathered in between. The .stream download option, which traded memory for an error body in the writer, is gone with the reason for it. zig-mime now prefers filename* over a plain filename beside it, as RFC 6266 section 4.3 asks, so dispositionFilename no longer has to pick the RFC 2231 pieces out itself.
