zig-csv 0.2.0
Adds a strict .crlf record terminator for RFC 4180's reading, where only the pair ends a record. Makes CsvConfig.quote work: it was only half consulted, so any value but the default misparsed. Distinguishes UnclosedQuote from ShortBuffer, so a malformed file is not reported as an undersized buffer. Consumes a UTF-8 byte order mark by default, with skip_bom to turn it off.
zig-csv 0.1.0
Accepts CR, LF, or CRLF as the record terminator, configured through the new RowSeparator rather than a single byte. Parses a final record that the input does not terminate. Scans unquoted fields through a lookup table, which is worth about 179% on plain CSV and 277% on long fields.
