describe product-codes as an override

jeff/winget-pkgs' new-version now reads a new MSI's ProductCode from the MSI itself, so a program no longer has to read it out with msiinfo and pass it. The input stays, since programs pin the action and may still pass it, but it is now only for writing a code other than the MSI's.
