fix(jj): don't count an empty, undescribed @ as ahead (#116)

jj keeps an empty commit with no description on top of your work as scratch space, so a clean checkout of trunk showed ↑1. Leave such an @ out of the ahead count and of ancestor bookmark depths. A bookmark right below it now shows without a depth suffix. An empty @ with a description still counts. Reported upstream in nertzy/fish_jj_prompt#6.
