A new optional `palette` state field recolors the home field and swaps in a recolored base portrait (assets/base-<palette>.png) while weather, season, holiday, and ring keep compositing on top. Set only via an override. Ships the `green` skin + base-green.png; documented in ARCHITECTURE and the example config.
