game: draw nudge cards on the shared wooden board

Both nudge routes hand-rolled a flat #DEB887 board with their own grid and star points. They now call generateBoardSvg, the walnut renderer the OG, board and scoring images already use, so every rendered board matches the one players see in the app, and sizes itself to the game's board rather than assuming 9x9.
