ssh: keepalives and ConnectTimeout bound a session, as OpenSSH's client does
Config reads ServerAliveInterval, ServerAliveCountMax and ConnectTimeout; the client sends keepalive@openssh.com after each silent interval and ends the session, naming why, past the count.
