classify() now scores every clause locally first (example rules via scoreExampleRule, word rules via zero-shot description cosine, SUX-10), then escalationPlan() keeps scores at least ESC_MARGIN clear of their boundary local and sends the band to Jev with buildRequest(st, post, only=) — an example-rule answer comes back as example<i> noul and is rescaled onto the local cutoff scale so decideFromScores stays scale-agnostic. Without a key the local score stands; without a runtime everything escalates (pre-SUX-7 behavior). Sidebar footer gains local / escalated / Jev calls counters. Bench-set margin (results_escalation.md): the ticket's 0.02-of-Jev target is optimistic — zero-shot scores are over-confident and the tone/intent rules stay ~0.15 AUROC below Jev at any escalation rate (the SUX-8 fuzzy class). ESC_MARGIN=0.2 ships: politics agrees with Jev on ~95% of posts while escalating only ~13%.
