A bridge from webhooks to Automerge documents
README.md

waystation_core #

Substrate-neutral kernel for Waystation.

Defines the vocabulary every other crate speaks, per the design/ documents:

  • DocPath / SourceKind — the structured address of a partition document (one Automerge document per path)
  • Identity, IdentityHash, ContentHash — canonical identity and its BLAKE3 hashes: the dedup key and the redelivery/revision split
  • Ingest — the fully structured record adapters hand over (route + origin id + verbatim payload + advisory timestamp)
  • classify — the pure ingest decision (New / Revision / Redelivery) the Automerge writer executes

Sans-IO by construction: no clocks, sockets, or storage. Adapters translate the outside world into Ingest records; the writer applies classify's outcome inside one atomic transaction. Rejection writes nothing.
