Fix design-language token compliance and sync favicon

- Sync static favicon to palette-matched colours and render the actual favicon in the design page (asset card + primary logo sample) - Replace off-scale magic numbers with 4pt spacing/easing/duration tokens in BacklinkAvatars, BaseModal, ErrorDisplay, ColourDemonstrator, WolfPawTrail - Remove dead page-hd::before decorative layer with hardcoded hex
