Extracted lib/config.ts (shared config validation), lib/atproto.ts (shared agent setup), lib/utils.ts (TID generation, shell helpers), and lib/checks/{ssh,github,deps}.ts from the monolithic index.ts. Deleted validate-config.ts — replaced by lib/config.ts. Eliminated duplicated dotenv/env-var checking between check.ts and validate-config.ts.
