Showcase polish — candidate features #

Design docs for the next round of UI/UX work, recommended order:

1. realtime-presence.md — the killer demo. Surface the live collaboration the SSE projection already does: 👁 N-viewing + avatars, typing indicator, flash-on-arrival. Mostly rendering on existing plumbing.
2. deep-linkable-urls.md — shareable issue permalinks (/i/{shortID}) done the hypermedia way: the issue is the resource and gets a URL that seeds a session; the session stays the resource, so the URL is never mirrored/rewritten. No replaceState/popstate.
3. richer-detail-content.md — markdown bodies & comments (server-rendered + sanitized) and auto-ticking relative timestamps.

Each doc lists the concrete files/functions to touch, open questions, and a rough effort estimate. (A 4th candidate — Datastar View Transitions for animated morphs — is a cheap visual win worth doing alongside any of the above.)
