Nine files copied from Google's BITE (Browser Integrated Test Environment), kept only so the ideas in them can be re-read
while aite is rebuilt. They are not built, not imported and not tested.

Each file keeps its original Apache License 2.0 header and starts with one added line, `Original path:`, naming where it came
from in the BITE source archive. The code below that line is unchanged.

The folder is limited to 1 MB; `npm run check:repo` enforces that and the headers.
