feat: is i18n welcome? #3

Where exactly would you add i18n?

Assuming that you would like to add i18n to the https://synchub.to website, I would be a bit hesitant regarding such a feature for three reasons mainly:

1. For most users, the website is something they visit once when setting up and maybe once in a while to add new repos.
2. The whole project is also intended for developers who use English mostly.
3. i18n creates a huge additional maintenance factor: reviews of translation PRs, status trackers, etc. I think that for this little website, the effort isn't worth it.

If I missed any use case or you suggest adding i18n for another part of this project, please let me know!
